The software installs just like any other application. By default it should have created a desktop icon to start it faster after it has been installed, but if that doesn't happen, then you need to make one by yourself.
Go to Start > Search and type its name. Once you fine the executable, right click it and choose Send to > Desktop (Create shortcut) then you can launch it from the desktop.
Secondly, access its installation folder in Program Files and locate the executable file. Repeat the procedure as is written above and you should have it on your desktop.
